Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”) who submits an inquiry using the “Submit inquiry” form on the https://soft-taxi.com/ website — acting freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity — grants consent to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) by the Data Controller specified in this section, under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, whether by automated means or not.

2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following personal data: name, email address, phone number, and city.

3. The processing of personal data is for the purpose of reviewing inquiries submitted by the Personal Data Subject to the Data Controller.

4. During the processing of personal data, the following actions are performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.

5. The third parties processing personal data on behalf of the Data Controller for the purpose specified in this Consent are as follows:

- BellFast LLP (Business Identification Number (BIN) 130240017651).

6. Personal data is processed for 30 days from the date of the response to the Personal Data Subject’s inquiry.

7. Personal Data Subject, or their representative, may revoke this Consent by sending a written notice to the Data controller.

8. In the event that this Consent is revoked, the Data Controller may continue processing the personal data if there are grounds specified in Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V “On Personal Data and their Protection” dated May 21, 2013.

9. This Consent shall remain in effect until the processing of personal data ceases in the circumstances specified in Clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
